This evening, I set up a button to make it extra extra easy to vote for me in Time Digital's "Digital 50" poll. The poll is to determine the 50 (actually 20) most important people in the digital world. As of a little after midnight, I passed Bill Gates.

The code for this trick, by the way, I stole from Jason Kottke. Not necessarily the act of a truly great-souled man, I suppose, but hey, all's fair in love and election fraud. I hereby promise that if I look to be in danger of passing him, I will change the script to give him votes. This seems highly improbable.
